20 Tons Containerized Flake Ice Machine with Ice Storage Room in Sri Lanka
As our customer live en the coastal area, we provide the seawater containerized flake ice machine with water cooling system and containerized ice storage room considering the local environmental conditions.
This project is very helpfull for our customer in fish proccessing and transportation, with low investment and high benefits.
10 Tons Flake Ice Machine equipped with Cold Room for Ice Storage in Central America
We commissioned three 10Tons freshwater flake ice machine in June 2017, the ice machine equipped with ice storage room.
Our engineers teach local technicians how to set parameters, operate equipment, troubleshoot, daily maintenance and maintenance during the commissioning project.
Our aim is to ensure the technical staff learn the proper way to operate the equipment, extend the life of our ice machine equipment.
10 Tons Block Ice Machine and Cold Room for Ice Storage in Ecuador
The Project includes one block ice machine and cold room with Refrigeration system, the produced ice before sell to the market need to be stored in the ice storage room for at least 6 hours to make the ice harder and not easy to melt.
Our customer choose 25kg/pcs block ice, 140 pcs in every 8 hours, 420 psc in one day with 3 cycles. The ice storage room is 4*3*2.5m with stainless steel panel, cooling system, imumination system, etc.
The project consists of one 3 ton cube ice machine, one 10 ton block ice machine with direct cooling system, two cold rooms with refrigeration system, one reverse osmosis machine for water purification and an ice packing machine.
In Santa Cruz de la Sierra, the ice is widely sold for stores, restaurants, billiards, super markets and mini-markets.
