Semi Hermetic Screw Chiller

The falling film semi hermetic screw water/brine/ethylene glycol unit consisting of one or two semi hermetic screw compressors to provide low temperature cold water or brine and ethylene glycol solutions for air conditioning system and other production. Can be widely used in theaters,  hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, restaurants, office buildings and other comfortable air conditioning system, as well as electromechanical equipment cooling, the production of the instrument, textile, printing and other industrial air conditioning system.

And the screw water chiller can supply specially low temp water for the food processing plant, beer plant, chemical plant, machinery processing factory, production process etc.



Unit performance characteristics：

1) Semi hermetic screw compressor

Adopt international advanced fourth generation efficient rotor line, running close to pure rolling. Advanced KAPP special rotor grinding machine processing to ensure more accurate machining accuracy and higher efficiency, improve the reliability of the compressor operation.

Internal differential pressure oil supply, simple and reliable structure

2) Efficient heat exchanger

High-efficiency heat-exchange tube, heat exchanger small size, heat exchange efficiency is excellent.

Falling film evaporator, high heat transfer coefficient, refrigerant charge less, conductive to oil  return.

3) Automatic control cooling capacity

Automatic control device for cooling capacity of falling film semi hermetic screw refrigeration unit. Multi-head chillers in the process of operation can be based on user needs to automatically start and stop the number of compressors and adjust the level of each compressor, the unit running economical and efficient.

4) Reliable unit protection

The unit has the advantages of multiple protection in low suction pressure, high exhaust pressure, low suction  and exhaust  pressure  difference,  high  exhaust gas  temperature, low  water temperature of the cold water, water break of the evaporator, dirty plug of the oil filter, low oil level of the compressor, compressor malfunction, power supply failure and etc, in order to improve the reliability of unit operation, as far as possible to avoid unnecessary damage to the unit.

5) Convenient on-site installation

Only need to connect the water and electrical lines and then unit can be put into use

Automatic microcomputer control, run faster, more reliable, more powerful control, has achieved a modular, network.
