Liquid Packaging Machine

Main Uses

This machine is a high-speed, dual-head, fully automatic packaging system designed and manufactured for liquid and viscous materials that have stringent requirements for packaging barrier properties, oxygen barrier performance, package strength, and environmental cleanliness.

Applicable to the following product packaging:

Animal and vegetable fats such as beef tallow, lard, and palm oil; various pastes including doubanjiang, sweet bean paste, and salad dressing; creams, condensed milk, egg liquid, coconut milk, bone broth, and other types of soups; Lubricating oil, liquid fertilizer, coatings, wood finishes, detergents, fabric softeners, bleaches, additives, Pasteurized milk, dairy beverages, liquid condiments such as soy sauce and vinegar, fruit juices, drinking water, and plant-protein beverages, among others.


Technical Features:

1. An optional Class 100 top-mounted laminar flow cleanroom purification system is available, enabling the entire packaging process to be completed within a fully purified environment. ;
2. The lifting and horizontal sealing unit features stepless adjustment across a range of heights, enabling rapid changeover for products of different specifications.
3. The sealing process optimized for nylon film enhances seal strength through a multi-seal-edge design;
4. Modular design, stainless steel components, and a hybrid drive system combining servo motors and pneumatics;
5. Adoption of intelligent control systems such as PLCs and human-machine interface touch screens;
6. Sterilize the packaging film using a high-intensity ultraviolet lamp;
7. Supports CIP automatic circulation cleaning system;
8. The packaging material is a composite film;
9. Fully automated execution of the entire packaging process, including bag formation, filling, metering, sealing and cutting, and date printing;
10. The complete machine features high cleanliness, a wide capacity adjustment range, fast operating speed, high metering accuracy, strong stability, long service life, convenient operation, and flexible adjustment.
