Seawater Flake Ice Machines


Seawater flake ice machine, which use the seawater directly to make ice. The ice can be wisely applicated in Food Processing, Fishery Processing, Aquaculture, Fresh Preservation.


We have two type of seawater flake ice machines: Land used seawater flake ice machines, Marine usted seawater flake ice machine.


Land used seawater flake ice machine

The construction is very similar to the freshwater flake ice machine, but it needs more anti-corrosion materials for the pipe because of using sea water to make ice. It's convenient for customers to use at the coastal areas depending on the customer requirements. And the capacity is also from 500kg to 60 tons per day, compatible for all modern refrigerant.


Marine used seawater flake ice machine

In order to overcome the corrosion of sea water, marine used ice machine uses specialized material for the pipe. In addition, it adopts piston compressor with deepended oil tank in order to overcome violent shaking on vessel, and the marine used flake ice machinery can also keep working normally even if the vessel tilts 30 degrees on the sea.
