Brine System Block Ice Machines
The ice making technology that we apply to this block ice machine is brine refrigeration. This is traditional and time-proven technology for making block ice. The brine refrigeration system is conducted through direct heat exchanges between fresh water and cold brine water to make ice. The cold brine water continuously absorbs the heat from the fresh water in the ice cans. Thus the water temperature continues to decrease till reaches to zero degree, the fresh water in the molds become solid ice.
