As the ice storage in the cold room, the temperature is generally conserved -4 ~ -6℃. About the food technology chain, it can provide the cold storage with the full temperature range from 12℃ to -35℃ to meet customer's requirements for food processing and storage.

For example for conserve pork:

1. In the -20℃ freezing storage, the fresh pork is quickly cooled, it is a pre-cooling process which can quickly cool the high temperature pork down to 0℃.

2. in the acid discharge room (meat) of 0-4 ℃;

3. In the processing room, the staff works in the temperature between 8-12 ℃ for cutting;

4. In the freezing room or freezing tunnel keep at -28 to -35℃, quick freeze the core temperature of pork parts down to -18℃, it can be lower to -25℃.

5. In the frozen food storage room, the frozen pork are kept at–18℃.

Focustar Cold Room, high insulation ability with 100% polyurethane panel, adopts PU Sandwich Panel with 100% polyurethane, and external plate of 0.4~1mm color steel or 304 stainless steel for option. Various thickness for option, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm y 200mm (2inches, 3inches, 4inches, 5inches, 6inches, 7inches, 8inches).

The PU Sandwich Panel is injected with 100% polyurethane (CFC free) with an average foam-in-place density of 42-44 kg/m³, which can reduce the heat conduction from ambient temperature, to achieve the maximum efficiency of the refrigeration and freezing system.

The Cold room door provides hinged, swing and sliding door, etc. for option, and size is customized on basis of request by customer.

The condenser unit is mainly assembled with Bitzer semi-hermetic compressor, including compressor, condenser, receive tank, filter drier, solenoid valve, pressure controller, pressure gauge, and electrical controller box etc.
